Terri Cawser is the Deputy Service Lead at Pupil and School Support (PSS), a service of teachers who support schools in the provision for children with EAL and SEND needs and is an accredited Bell Foundation Lead Practitioner. Prior to working at PSS Terri worked in a large inner-city school where 98% of children were learning English as an Additional Language. Since working for PSS Terri has supported schools in meeting the needs of children and young people who are learning English as an Additional Language from a range of different backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.
